12 years and counting in the field of ABA

I’ve worked with center-based organizations such as Families for Effective Autism Treatment’s Transitions for Teens program in Bellevue, WA and the Academy for Precision Learning in Seattle, WA. I also had the privilege to study under the highly skilled behavior analysts at the Organization for Research and Learning: a well-respected in-home service provider in the Seattle area. Starting as a behavior technician and providing 1:1 direct therapy with neurodiverse teenagers inspired me to pursue higher education in the field of ABA in 2011, and ultimately to dedicate my career to adolescents and young adults. I’ve gained skills, expertise, and ongoing training from my continued education, well-respected mentors, and of course, from every client I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from.

Core values of my practice include individual autonomy, neurodiversity, and self-advocacy. Each learner’s treatment is individualized based on their/their family’s goals and intake assessments and is customized to reflect an individual’s skill level, need, personal goals, and learning history.

In support of clinical goals and core values of my practice, I provide focused intervention to individuals and families, implementing the direct therapy services as well as family coaching, assessments, and treatment design/planning.
